Jean-Jacques Gressier

Formerly Regional Director, then Director of Training at the Accor Group, Jean-Jacques Gressier is now President of the Académie du Service, a consulting and training firm that inspires, imagines, designs and co-constructs customer experiences with companies every day. At the heart of his work: the principle of Symmetry of Attentions, i.e. the conviction that guarantees that the transformation of organizations that this requires will be carried out with the necessary ambition and depth. He is also the author and co-author of several reference books on the subject of customer experience and management.
